Sangria
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups rum
- 1 (750 milliliter) bottle dry red wine
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1 lemon
- 1 lime
- 1 orange
- white sugar (to taste)
Mixing Instructions
Ensure all fruit is well chilled. Cut the orange, lemon and lime into thin slices, leaving rinds in tact and place them into a large glass pitcher. Add the rum and sugar, stir gently and chill for a couple hours.
Just before serving, lightly crush the fruits in the pitcher then stir in the wine and orange juice. Add sugar to taste.
Pour over ice into wine glasses, allowing fruit pieces into the glass.
